I Will not Die an Unlived Life:
Reclaiming Purpose and Passion
I will not live in fear
Of falling or catching on fire.
I choose to inhabit my daysí
To allow my living to open me
To make me less afraid
More accessible
To loosen my heart
Until it becomes a wing
A torch, a promise
I choose to risk my significance to live
So that which came to me as
Seed goes to the next as blossom
And that which came to me as blossom, goes on to fruit.
 – Dawna Markova

Participation in carefully, professionally led sessions
will cover such issues as:

• Using the diagnosis as an event to redesign a life
• Personal healing rituals and practices
• Building your social network
• Letting go of life-negating patterns
• Power of gratitude
• Embracing self-esteem
• Living an authentic life- What is it for me?
• Relationships - Food for life
• Illness as messenger
• Finding  passion - What has heart and meaning
• Living in the now

Transformative change takes time.  Recommended length of the program is two weeks.  Seven full days would be a minimum requirement, with arrivals at least one full day ahead of the first day for jet lag problems.

Emphasis is placed on providing information which can be self-help or "take home," rather than on issues requiring ongoing professional care.

Family Included:
We understand the importance of Ohana (family) during all or a part of your time at Kokolulu Farm and Wellness Center. That is why we encourage a supportive family member to join you for a part of your stay here. For only an additional $500/wk, a loved one in your family can come and be a part of your support team.

Elective Consultations with Experts on the Big Island:
 – Traditional Chinese Medicine
 – Naturopathic Medicine
