Health Practitioner Retreats: Fees & Terms
Dates: Saturday, October 17, 2009
Times: From: 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
FEES
Tuition: $140 per person. Includes delicious whole foods lunch.
Overnight accommodations, are available for $85 per night (1 person). Breakfast included.
Price does not include:
o Airfare to Hawaii
o Travel insurance
o Other excursions not mentioned
o Other travel related expenses
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A fee of $140 (plus add-on accommodations fee) must be paid in full when registering.
Cancellation Policy
* Once your fee has been paid, cancellations must be made in. writing to Kokolulu Farm & Retreats.
* No refunds will be granted for cancellations within 5 weeks of the retreat.
* Transfers are permitted (if paid in full) to a later retreat if you are unable to attend the retreat you signed up for originally.
* No refunds will be made for failure to attend or to complete the retreat.
* Refunds will be made in full and asap in case of insufficient registrations.
* In all other cases refunds will be processed after the retreat ends. Our cancellation policy is firm.
Limitation of Liability
Kokolulu Cancer Retreats can not be responsible nor liable for any injury, loss or damage of property, obligations derived from travel arrangements, or disruption of program due to circumstances beyond the control of Kokolulu Cancer Retreats.
