Personal Retreats: Fees & Terms

Orchid Room - Ocean view room with queen bed and private bath
· $7100 per person – (14 days/13 nights) 14 day personal cancer retreat
· $1000.00 (per 14 days/ 13 nights session) – bring a support person such as spouse, partner, family member or friend (sharing the room)
Kukui Room – private room with two twin beds and shared bath house
· $6300 per person – (14 days/13 nights) 14 day personal cancer retreat
· $1000 (per 4 days/3 nights session) – bring a support person such as spouse, partner, family member or friend (sharing the room)
Lava Room – single private room with a twin bed and shared bath house
· $6300 per person – (14 days/13 nights) 14 day personal cancer retreat
Hono Room – private room with a twin bed and shared bath house
· $6300 per person – (14 days/13 nights) 14 day personal cancer retreat
Plumeria Room –private room with full bed and twin bed and shared bath house

Price includes:
o Three meals per day, plus snacks
o Pick-up and return to the Kailua-Kona airport
o All therapies, workshops, excursions and counseling sessions
o Individual meetings with our on-staff nurse and therapist, as desired
o Use of our Chinese temple and Dragon water gardens
o A beautiful farm oasis with clean air and beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and mountains of Hawaii!
Price does not include:
o Airfare to Hawaii

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To register at Kokolulu Cancer Retreats, you must be:
o 18 years of age or older
o medically stable
o undergo a pre-admission assessment (see below)
Full payment is required at the time of registration.
PRE-ADMISSION ASSESSMENT
A pre-admission assessment is required for all participants of Kokolulu's Cancer Retreats. It is confidential and conducted over the telephone by our registered nurse, Karin Cooke. Karin will call you within three business days of your registration.
The purpose of this assessment is to gain an understanding of you and your medical history, physical and emotional health. The assessment is informal and only intended to ensure you meet the fitness requirement of traveling and staying at Kokolulu.
Admission is granted within 1-2 days of your assessment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
* Once your fee has been paid, cancellations must be made in writing to Kokolulu Farm and Cancer Retreats Inc..
* If you cancel up to 5 weeks prior to to the retreat, we will charge a $750 cancellation fee per person.
* No refunds will be granted for cancellations within 5 weeks of the retreat (unless if you have a medical or family emergency that prevents attendance, in which case a letter from your physician is required).
* Transfers are permitted (if paid in full) to a later retreat date, if you are unable to attend the retreat you signed up for originally.
* No refunds will be made for failure to attend or to complete the retreat.
* Refunds will be made in full and asap in case of insufficient registrations.
* In all other cases refunds will be processed after the retreat ends. Our cancellation policy is firm.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Kokolulu Cancer Retreats can not be responsible nor liable for any injury, loss or damage of property, obligations derived from travel arrangements, or disruption of program due to circumstances beyond the control of Kokolulu Cancer Retreats.
